We ship all over the world via Royal Mail International. For international orders, the shipping charge will be calculated within the checkout. Please note some countries may charge you a customs charge.

On some occasions we may use flash technology on our site to deliver a better user experience. If you do not have flash your computer will ask you if you want to install it. Please note you can still buy products and place orders without flash installed.
On the product page underneath the main product image there is a link “view this garment in all its colours”. If you click on this link anew window will appear showing the garment in all its colours.
We colour correct all our garment images to reflect the actual garment colour. However the colour you see is highly dependent on your monitor and monitor settings so fluctuations may occur.

You will not be charged until your order is dispatched. We only charge for parts of the order that have been dispatched.
Unfortunately you cannot add to an order online. However you can add by calling customer services and quoting your order number (order number can be found on your order confirmation email.
An offer code can be used within the box on the shopping bag to apply any discounts you are entitled to. If you have received a catalogue, your offer code will be printed on the back cover.

The stock grid on a product page will show the stock status of a product. A red cross means the products is out of stock. A number icon indicates “weeks wait”. This is when we expect to have the product in the warehouse and will be able to dispatch the product to you. A tick means the product is in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
